We are proud to offer manufacturers’ warranties with every watch that we sell. We recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly if you encounter an issue with your watch - you will find the contact details within this documentation. Your invoice from us is proof of purchase and therefore we don’t stamp your warranty cards. The manufacturers that we work with accept invoices and warranty documentation if it’s required.
Generally, only the watch movement is covered by the manufacturers’ warranties for the warranty period, from the date of purchase. Decorative elements such as crystals, bracelets, batteries, stones, straps, etc are not usually covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. We advise that you read the manufacturer’s warranty booklet thoroughly so that you can understand how to fully care for your watch and ensure it remains accurate and in the best condition possible. If you don’t adhere to the advice and instructions in the warranty booklet, your warranty may become invalid.
The Watch Superstore Warranty
As part of our continued commitment to excellent customer service, we provide a limited 1 year warranty for a small range of brands. If an item is covered by this warranty, there will be a notification on the product page on the website. It will explain that the warranty is restricted to movement only and that other components like straps, decorative finishes, glass, etc, are not covered by this warranty.
