Unwanted Goods

As part of our continued commitment to you as a valued customer, if you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from thewatchsuperstore.com, you can return it to us.

Please note: that these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Please inform us via email within 31 days of receiving the goods, if you are unhappy with them and wish to return them to us. If the product is still in brand new condition and unworn, we will refund you the purchase price minus any delivery charges.

If the product is incorrect or faulty, we will exchange it for you.

The 31 day return period is divided as follows:

If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt, please contact us by email so that we can provide you with a refund, minus any delivery charges.

If you wish to return an item after 14 days but within 31 days of receipt, please contact us by email so that we can provide you with a refund minus any delivery charges and a £9.99 restocking fee.

Please note: that re-sized or personalised products may not be returned. Any re-sized or personalised items that are faulty will be investigated on an individual basis before we can offer any refunds or exchanges.

Incorrect & Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us and return the item within 14 days so that we can replace it or refund you.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will be made to the card that was used for payment. Please note that refunds can take between 3 and 5 working days to appear on your statement.

Products Purchased With Gift Vouchers Or Elite Points

Gift Voucher Used As Payment

If you use your Gift Voucher to pay for your order, we will refund the same amount to the unique Gift Voucher code that was used to for the purchase. This Gift Voucher can then be used again on future orders.

Combined Credit/Debit Card And Gift Voucher Used As Part Payment

Orders paid for with a Gift Voucher and credit or debit card will have the same amounts refunded to the unique Gift Voucher code and the credit or debit card that were used to pay for the order.

Elite Points Used As Payment

If you redeemed Elite Points against your order, we will refund these into your account and then refund any monies paid from your debit or credit card.

Please note: that if you earned Elite Points for an order, then redeemed them against another order, then returned the first order for a refund, we will refund the total minus the Elite Points value used against the second order. Please see our Elite Points Policy.
